 ch singles for men & women. This optional will be combined through all
  5 squads where one prize fund per division will be created. The cost 
 will be $20 per bowler / per division. Top prize will be $600 per divi
 sion based on 100 entries each with a 1:6 payout ratio. The prepay tab
