 EY. \r\nFormat: EVENT IS SCRATCH!!!! Each team submits 6 bowlers wher
 e 3 bowlers will be on each lane. On the left lane, teams will field a
 ny 3 bowlers of their choice. On the right lane, teams must field 3 bo
 wlers but not exceed a 645 team average cap (see average rule below). 
 All bowlers will bowl 5 games each & the highest total pin fall will d
 etermine start up seeding for the upcoming 2019-2020 team ranking comp
 etition. Teams ranked #6 & below may begin to make challenges on Monda
 y, SEP 23, 2019 AT 6PM. Ranks 2-5 will be placed in matches as a start
 up to the team rankings (2 v 3, 4 v 5). \r\nThe UBA will use the high
 est recorded USBC/UBA average of the following:\r\n\r\nUSBC 2017-18 Wi
 nter (21+ games)/2017 Summer (21+ games)\r\nUSBC 2018-19 Winter (21+ g

 rior to September 1, 2018 will be used in this calculation.\r\nRolling
  averages will not take effect in the middle of a given set. 9+ games 
 are required at the beginning of play for that event for this average 
 to be considered.\r\n\r\nIf a UBA member does not have a valid USBC bo
 wling number and/or average, then they must bowl scratch at all UBA sa
 nctioned bowling official events. The UBA Executive Office reserves th
 e right to adjust or re-rate the average of any bowler at any time\r\n
 Incentives: There will be 2 sets of Hdcp & Scratch Brackets (games 1-3
 , 3-5), Eliminator, & Pots available (Male/Female). Hdcp base will be
