TEAMS MUST CONSIST OF 3 MEMBERS FROM 3 DIFFERENT UBA TEAMS & HAVE AT LEAST 1 MALE & 1 FEMALE BOWLER. BOWLERS MUST WEAR THEIR OWN OFFICIAL TEAM JERSEY WHILE COMPETING.
TEAM ENTRY FEE: $180 PER TEAM

MAX TEAM ENTRIES WILL BE 60 teams (30 per squad)

*** A $40 TEAM DEPOSIT OR $180 PAY IN FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO GUARANTEE A TEAM SPOT BY VISITING THE UBA WEBSITE (WWW.UBATV.TV), LOCATING THE UBA PREPAYMENTS TAB, SELECTING THE SE UNHOLY ALLIANCE SUB TAB & EITHER SUBMIT YOUR $40 TEAM DEPOSIT (Option #1) or $180 FULL ENTRY FEE (Option #2). WHEN SUBMITTING PAYMENTS, THE FOLLOWING FIELDS ARE REQUIRED:
- FULL NAME OF ALL 3 BOWLERS (in bowling order) & THEIR UBA TEAM.
- SELECT DESIRED SQUAD. A or B

WALK-IN ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THERE'S AVAILABILITY. TEAM WALK-IN FEE WILL BE $210.
TEAMS SUBMITTING THEIR $40 TEAM DEPOSIT MUST PAY THEIR FULL BALANCE AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN OF THEIR SQUAD ONLY!!!!!

SQUAD TIMES:
THERE WILL BE 2 FULL SQUADS (30 teams each). LANES WILL BE OILED BEFORE EACH SQUAD.
SQUAD A.....SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2016....1PM START TIME (12 Noon starts check-in)
SQUAD B.....SUNDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2016, 10AM START TIME (9am starts check-in)
BOWLERS ARE ONLY PERMITTED TO ENTER 1 SQUAD UP UNTIL SUNDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2016. ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2016, IF A SQUAD IS NOT SOLD OUT, BOWLERS WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO BOWL BOTH SQUADS. $40 TEAM DEPOSITS MUST BE SUBMITTED. ANY MEMBER WHO COMPETES IN BOTH SQUADS MAY CASH TWICE AS LONG AS BOTH TEAMS HAVE AT LEAST 1 MEMBER CHANGED.
FORMAT:
-5 GAMES PER TEAM ON SAME PAIR
-HIGHEST TOTAL PINFALL (+HDCP) COMBINING BOTH SQUADS WILL DETERMINE FINAL STANDINGS
-HDCP BASE 80% OF 250
-AVERAGES: BOWLERS MUST USE THEIR HIGHEST USBC BOWL.COM AVG FROM THE PREVIOUS 2 WINTER SEASONS (2014-15 & 2015-16) BASED ON 21 GAMES MINIMUM. BOWLERS WITH NO AVG FOR MENTIONED SEASONS CAN REQUEST A RERATE BY SUBMITTING A RERATE REQUEST USING THE UBA'S RERATE POLICY FORM TORERATE@UNDERGROUNDBOWLING.COM NO LATER THAN SUNDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2016. NO VALID AVG AT ALL, BOWLERS MUST ENTER AT 250.

$2,400 1ST PLACE BASED ON 60 ENTRIES....PAYOUT RATIO 1:6
SCRATCH & HDCP BRACKETS, POTS, & OTHER SIDE INCENTIVES WILL BE AVAILABLE.
