HOW TO PREPAY:
Members must visit the UBA website at www.ubatv.tv, find the UBA Free For All  tab, select UBA Free for all #9 sub tab & submit payment.

***DEADLINE DATE TO PREPAY FOR THIS EVENT IS THURSDAY JULY 8TH. WALK-INS MUST PAY A $40 CASH ONLY FEE AT CHECK IN OF THE EVENT.

FORMAT: Members will bowl 4 games on the same pair of lanes. Final standings will be determined by adding up all games plus handicap.

HDCP: 70% OF 250

EVENT MAX: 120 BOWLERS
