LOCATION: GARDEN CITY LANES...987 STEWART AVENUE, GARDEN CITY NY 11530

HANDICAP BASE WILL BE 80% of 250 & BOWLERS WILL USE THEIR HIGHEST USBC SANTIONED AVG FOR PAST 2 SEASONS(2011-12 & 2012-13). BOWLERS MAY ONLY USE SUMMER AVG FOR PAST 2 SEASONS IF NO WINTER AVG IS AVAILABLE. NO AVG AT ALL BOWLERS WILL USE 250 AVG

***PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS TOURNAMENT WILL BE COLLECTING PREPAID TEAM DEPOSITS(PER TEAM ENTRY). TOURNAMENT IS MAXED OUT TO 50 TEAMS!!!!!
***PREPAY TAB CAN BE FOUND ON THE UBA WEBSITE at www.ubatv.tv. WHEN SUBMITTING PREPAID DEPOSITS, TEAM ROSTERS DO NOT HAVE TO BE INCLUDED. ROSTERS CAN BE SUBMITTED THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT. FRANCHISES CAN PUT DEPOSITS DOWN FOR UP TO 2 TEAMS UP UNTIL NOV 29TH. AFTER NOV 29TH, TEAMS MAY PAY DEPOSITS FOR ADDITIONAL TEAMS ON 1ST COME/1ST SERVE BASIS UNTIL 50 TEAMS ARE PREPAID FOR. DEADLINE FOR ALL PREPAID DEPOSITS WILL BE WEDNESDAY DEC 4TH 2013. ALL FINAL TEAM PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE START OF CHECK-IN FOR THIS EVENT(12NOON DEC 7TH 2013). ***THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS***

TEAM ENTRY FEE: $400 Per Team: ($70 lineage, $20 expenses, $310 Prize fund)

Each franchise team can use anywhere between 4-10 bowlers per team.

FORMAT: Relay is 4 Rounds where 

Round 1: Each team must submit 4 HDCP bowlers and bowl 2 games each.
Round 2: Each team must submit 3 SCRATCH bowlers and bowl 2 games each.
Round 3: Each team must submit 2 HDCP bowlers and bowl 2 games each.
Round 4: Each team must submit 1 SCRATCH bowler and bowl 2 games each.

** Point system for each round is based on how many teams there are. For example if there are 20 teams first place will get 20 points, second 19 points, third 18 points etc..... per round.**

Team with the most points adding up all 4 rounds wins.

Top Prize: 1st PLACE TEAM WINS $7000 Based on 50 TEAMS!!!!!...PAYOUT RATIO 1:8
