Time: 11am start (10am begins check-in)

 

Location: GREENWAY BOWL- 8246 Telegraph Rd. in Odenton, MD 21113.

 

TEAM RANKING Entry fee: $300 PER TEAM... A $60 TEAM DEPOSIT MUST BE PREPAID ON THE UBA WEBSITE (www.ubatv.tv) NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 27TH, 2018. PREPAY TAB BECOMES AVAILABLE ON TUESDAY SEPT 11TH AT 6PM. ONLY 1 TEAM PER FRANCHISE PERMITTED THROUGH SUNDAY, SEPT 23. ON MONDAY,SEPTEMBER 24 AT 9AM, TEAMS MAY ENTER AS MANY ADDITIONAL TEAMS AS THEY CHOOSE TO UNTIL SQUAD IS SOLD OUT. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS PERMITTED ONCE THE DEADLINE DATE TO PREPAY HAS PASSED.

 

TO PREPAY DEPOSITS, MEMBERS MUST BE LOGGED INTO THEIR UBATV.TV ACCOUNT, FIND THE TEAM RANKING EVENTS TAB, SELECT YOUR LOCATION, & SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT. WALK-IN TEAMS MUST PAY $360. FINAL CASH BALANCES ARE DUE AT CHECK-IN TIME OF THE SQUAD YOU ARE BOWLING. 

 

INDIVIDUAL RANKING ENTRY FEE: $60 PER PERSON (Walk-in only)

 

***NOTE: INDIVIDUALS WHO WILL BE COMPETING IN THE TEAM RANKING QUALIFIER CAN USE THEIR SCORES TOWARDS THE INDIVIDUAL QUALIFIER. NOTIFICATION MUST BE GIVEN TO THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR PRIOR TO THE START TIME OF THE EVENT ***

ALL BOWLERS MUST WEAR THEIR OWN OFFICIAL UBA JERSEY. 

 

Event max: 15 teams (subject to increase)

Format: EVENT IS SCRATCH!!!! Each team submits 6 bowlers where 3 bowlers will be on each lane. On the left lane, teams will field any 3 bowlers of their choice. On the right lane, teams must field 3 bowlers but not exceed a 630 team average cap (see average rule below). All bowlers will bowl 5 games each & the highest total pin fall will determine start up seeding for the upcoming 2018-19 team ranking competition. Teams ranked #6 & below may begin to make challenges on Monday October 1st at 6PM. Ranks 2-5 will be placed in matches as a startup to the team rankings (2 v 3, 4 v 5).

Averages: The UBA will use the highest recorded USBC/UBA average of the following: 

1. USBC 2016-17 Winter (21+ games)/2016 Summer (27+ games) 
2. USBC 2017-18 Winter (21+ games)/2017 Summer (27+ games)  
3. USBC Adjusted Average: 2016-17 Winter (21+ games)/2016 Summer (27+ games) 
4. USBC Adjusted Average: 2017-18 Winter (21+ games)/2017 Summer (27+ games) 

Bowlers must use their 2017-18 rerated average if that average is the highest of the 4 options above. No average at all, bowlers must use a 250 avg as entering.

Incentives: There will be Hdcp & Scratch Brackets (games 2-4), Eliminator, & Pots available. Hdcp base will be 80% of 250...ONLY APPLIES TO BRACKETS & POTS!!!!!
