BOWLERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE IDLE ON THE LIST(challenge someone or get challenged) FOR 2 WEEKS STRAIGHT. IF ANYONE MAKES A CHALLENGE & THEN CANCELS THE MATCH/CHALLENGE, THEY MUST HONOR ANY CHALLENGE THAT IS PENDING TO THEIR RANK. IF YOU SEE A DATE NEXT TO YOUR NAME, MAKE A CHALLENGE UP(Even if you have to wait for a spot to become available) OR DROP 5 SPOTS WHEN THE 2 WEEK DEADLINE TO CHALLENGE UP REACHES

I put in a callout to make sure the match was officially requested properly.  I'm having issues getting in touch and scheduling a match against the 4th ranked bowler.  I've done my part to make the match happen, please let me know the next steps.
