That was the bottom when the match became effective... the other spots were created afterwards

I am thinking of getting on the waiting list. I have a question how can a unranked bowler bowl #13 I thought you need to start from the bottom?

Hi, are the matches need to be setup within two weeks if not what are the rules for setting up a match meaning do people still wait one month for a match?

I think a decision should be made regarding the scheduling of matches. Some individuals wait until the last day to respond despite the other persons multiple attempts to arrange a match. Discussions on arranging the match should be conducted within a week, but still allow the same time for the matches to occur. Just a suggestion.
